About The Role

As a Full-TimeChild Support Specialist Call Center Representative you will be responsible for:
Answer inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements
Handle standards in a fast-paced large call volume environment.
Utilize multiple computerized systems multi-tasking and document each call.
Respond to Michigan child support inquiries and complaints using a standard script and procedures.
Gather information and research/resolve inquiries.
Inform callers about services available and assess callers needs.
Provide peer-to-peer training for incoming training classes that transition to the call center floor.

Requirements to be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.

Be able to successfully pass a background check and fingerprinting.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills.
2 years experience in a call center environment.
Experience with data entry.
Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer.
Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
The ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Astrong work ethic.
Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to be detail-oriented.
Effective problem-solving skills.
The ability to be well organized.
Excitement for innovative technology.
Calm conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
100% attendance and punctuality commitment.
The ability to work independently.
