Automotive Sales BDC Representative
We are seeking a friendly organized and customer-focused Automotive BDC Representative to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads setting sales and service appointments and maintaining ongoing communication with customers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests helping guide them through their next step in the sales or service process.

Automotive Sales BDC Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound sales calls internet leads and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Ask questions to understand customer needs and match them with appropriate vehicles and sales consultants
Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team
Consistently follow up with prospects via phone text and email to drive show appointments and sales opportunities
Accurately log all customer interactions notes and outcomes in the CRM
Achieve contact appointment and show goals as outlined by the BDC or sales manager
Review your performance regularly (daily/weekly/monthly) to continuously improve results and time management
Automotive Sales BDC Requirements:
Previous BDC call center or customer-facing experience preferred (automotive a plus but not required)
Comfortable using technology; training provided on all dealership tools and software
Strong customer service skills with a confident friendly phone presence
Self-motivated goal-oriented and a positive team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
