Job Summary
The Client Relationship Representative will serve as a key point of contact between Elevare Branding and our clients. This role focuses on cultivating strong client relationships ensuring service satisfaction and supporting the delivery of strategic branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and able to represent our company with professionalism while maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for client communication and support.
Maintain regular contact with clients to assess needs expectations and project status.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and with high quality.
Prepare and present updates reports and recommendations to clients and leadership.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and improve service outcomes.
Support the planning and execution of branding initiatives campaigns and client-facing activities.
Uphold Elevare Brandings standards of service professionalism and partnership.
