Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic this entry-level position you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and building strong relationships with our clients. As a Junior Account Representative you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in account management and sales strategies while working closely with experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Account Manager in managing client accounts and building strong client relationships.
- Support the sales team by preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assist in lead generation efforts.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
