The Public Relations Coordinator will support the planning development and execution of strategic communication initiatives for our clients and internal teams. This role requires strong organization polished communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple PR activities to ensure alignment with brand goals. The ideal candidate is thoughtful detail-oriented and able to craft messaging that strengthens relationships and enhances public image.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing public relations strategies that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Coordinate media outreach press materials announcements and communication timelines.
Prepare written content including press releases briefing documents and client communications.
Monitor industry trends media coverage and PR performance metrics.
Support event coordination promotional initiatives and communication projects.
Maintain organized communication records contact lists and project documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
