Job Summary
We are looking for an Availability Manager to join a program that we continue to support.

Responsibilities
- Implement moderately complex core business processes and assistin process improvement initiatives to enhance customer service. Identifyprocess matters of significance or enhancements and implements.
- LeadIncident Response during critical outages and ensureproper notification to management and customer POCs
- Evaluateemployees to enhance their performance development and work product. Addressperformance issues and makerecommendations for personnel actions.
- PrepareDaily Report on Incidents/Change/Problem tickets and SLA status
- Preparesummary report on all Major incidents occurring on shift
- PrepareOperations Center scheduling
- TS/SCI FSP Clearance
- Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited college or university is required. 4 years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
- 3years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope type and complexity
- Able to communicate professionally with all levels of personnel from technicians to senior management
- Strong time management communication interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills in networking and desktop support
- Experience with enterprise management monitoring tools such as HP Openview Solarwinds or Splunk a plus
- Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy Service Now Service Manager or equivalent
- Experience scheduling in a 24x7 environment
