Job Summary

We are seeking motivated compassionate and forward-thinking New Graduate Occupational Therapists to join our growing Home Care team! We are hiring for our Long Island Brooklyn Queens and Manhattan regions.

As a new grad at Metro youll receive individualized mentorship hands-on learning opportunities and the resources you need to confidently transition from student to practicing clinician. Youll work in a supportive environment alongside skilled therapists with a collaborative team that truly values your growth.

Qualifications :

Occupational Therapist Program Graduate
Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
Mandatory Certifications: First Aid AED & CPR Certifications.
Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.
Ability to travel to patients homes within the assigned geographic territory
Strong communication skills between patients support staff and management including timely responses via text email phone etc.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85000.00-$95000.00. Salary is based on various factors including relevant experience knowledge skills other job-related qualifications and geography. Medical dental vision 401(k) paid time off and other benefits are also available subject to the terms of the Companys plan.
