Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Inventory Coordinator to manage invoicing
payments inventory records and customer communication ensuring smooth day-to-day
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices; record and reconcile payments.
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
Maintain accurate stock records and investigate discrepancies.
Perform daily data entry in POS and internal systems.
Communicate professionally with customers in person by phone and by email.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate data flow.
Qualifications :
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort with POS systems and basic Excel usage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
High school diploma required; additional education is a plus.
02 years of experience in related roles (more is welcome).
