Job Summary

Summary: The Workday Support is responsible for providing first-level technical support to internal 74Software users of Workday Financials while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.

As a Workday Support you will:

  1. Respond to employee requests received via the 74Software ticketing system regarding various Workday Finance processes (General Accounting Revenue Procurement Project Accounting etc) in compliance with response deadlines and predefined standards.
  2. Respond to employee requests received via the 74Software ticketing system regarding various Non-Workday Finance processes (Expense Management Reporting etc) in compliance with response deadlines and predefined standards.
  3. Escalate complex cases that cannot be resolved at this level to the next level of support.
  4. Identify needs for improvement/optimization of existing processes and related tools report them to internal partners.
  5. Contribute to the design/improvement of performance indicators for better activity and progress management.
  6. Update documentation and contribute to user knowledge systems.

Total Experience Expected: 08-12 years


Qualifications :

  1. Technical Skills
  2. Hands-on experience with Workday Finance ideally in Core Accounting Procurement Project Accounting and Revenue Management configuration system integrations and data management and operation.
  3. WD Finance certification preferred.
  4. Knowledge of Workday security model and role-based access control.
  5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  6. Deep understanding of core Finance data elements core model maintenance and localization needs developed through experience in complex matrixed global organizations.
  7. Knowledge of Finance processes and policies in a global organization and a strong ability to collect analyze and clarify business requirements from diverse global and local stakeholders.
  8. Communication & Collaboration
  9. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with technical teams HR and business stakeholders.
  10. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  11. Experience in collaborating with vendors and external support teams.
  12. Customer-focused mindset - IS support experience is a plus.
  13. Fluency in English required.  Fluency in French is a plus
