Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings technical specifications and contract requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections for civil works related to pipeline laying reservoirs pumping stations sewer networks and allied infrastructure.
Ensure proper testing of construction materials such as cement aggregates concrete pipes valves and fittings.
Verify material quality and approve materials prior to their use at site.
Maintain records of material test reports and laboratory results.
Coordinate with site laboratory or third-party laboratories for testing of materials and samples.
Ensure tests are conducted as per applicable IS codes and project specifications.
Maintain quality records including inspection reports test reports checklists and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Prepare quality monitoring reports and submit them to the Project Manager / Consultant.
Identify quality issues or deviations from specifications.
Initiate corrective and preventive actions and ensure closure of NCRs.
Coordinate with site engineers contractors and consultants to maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with government guidelines contract specifications and quality standards applicable to urban infrastructure projects.
Qualifications :
B.E./ or Diploma in Civil Engineering
