Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform engineering design works such as detail drawings and specifications;
- Assist in tender preparation;
- Liaise with project teams clients government architects contractors in project implementation;
- Monitor the works of E&M sub-contractors and suppliers on site.
Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Building Services/ Mechanical / Electrical engineering or related discipline with 2-10 years of related working experience;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office BIM;
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Experience with consultancy firm will be an advantage;
- Candidate with professional qualification (CEng MHKIE) will be an advantage;
- Candidate with more than 6 years consultancy firm experience will be considered as senior position;
