- Lead strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and elevate the Topshop/Topman customer experience.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches optimising pricing promotions and channel mix.
- Build and streamline scalable processes to speed up time-to-market for trend-led collections.
- Use data analytics and A/B testing to uncover insights refine product positioning and drive commercial outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to measure success inform strategic decisions and prioritise roadmaps.
- Drive continuous improvement across products services and operations through data-led thinking.
- Present strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership supporting investment and growth decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product operations marketing and finance teams - bringing clarity to ambiguity and turning insights into action.
- Champion Diversity Equity & Inclusion strategies supporting our inclusive culture.

Qualifications :
About You
- Consulting background combined with in-house experience with a strong track record in strategy operational delivery and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience in e-commerce retail or consumer brands - ideally with exposure to product launches go-to-market strategy or scaling operations.
- Comfortable moving from big-picture planning to detailed execution thriving in fast-paced complex environments.
- Skilled at data-driven decision-making confident with tools like Excel SQL Power BI and dashboarding platforms.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership building business cases and supporting investment decisions is a plus.
- Curious proactive and adaptablealways looking for ways to innovate and improve.
