Job Summary
Our client a world renowned law firm based next to Moorgate Station is embarking on an exciting journey to a brand-new workplace and were looking for dynamic Workplace Coordinators to help make this transition seamless and energising.
As a Workplace Coordinator youll be the go-to person for colleagues on your assigned floor ensuring their day-to-day experience is supported and connected. Youll manage incoming queries resolve issues with a proactive mindset and act as the friendly face of the transition. Youll also work closely with the client team to support operational tasks helping to shape a workplace thats not just functional but inspiring.

Hours: 40 hours per week varying shifts between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri.
Salary: 35500
Qualifications :
Were looking for relatable personable people with a strong customer-first mindset and solid experience in a structured customer service role.
Youll need to be comfortable in managing your time prioritising tasks and handling queries with professionalism and empathy.
An understanding of working in a law firm is a bonus.
Group interviews will be held from late September to early October as part of the selection process.
