Job Summary
- Development of concepts and specifications as well as design and engineering of modules and machines
- Planning and execution of process validations during the introduction of new equipment and products
- Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing processes including machine capability and process capability studies to determine key performance indicators
- Identification and elimination of process instabilities and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
- Application of statistical methods for data-driven production control
- Cross-functional collaboration with design electronics and software departments to optimally align machine processes with product requirements
- Creation and maintenance of documentation in accordance with internal standards and customer specifications
- Completed degree in mechatronics mechanical engineering industrial engineering production engineering or a comparable field
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methods and quality management standards
- Confident handling of analysis and evaluation software
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Structured and independent working style
- Strong communication skills
