What youd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. This will give you a flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start but this will likely evolve.
At the moment this role is focused on:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles in Technology.
- Delivering a world-class candidate experience.
- Proactively sourcing talent and building diverse pipelines.
- Championing Canvas employer brand and story in the market.
- Using data and insights to improve hiring outcomes.

- You have proven experience proactively sourcing top talent leveraging multiple channels and building diverse high-quality pipelines to meet evolving hiring needs

About the team
Youll join the Technology Talent Acquisition Team part of the People supergroup whose mission is connecting talent with Canvas magic globally to hire Canvanauts who add to our inclusive culture and help us achieve our crazy big goals. We partner with the Technology Organisation to design fair inclusive and innovative hiring practices that bring exceptional talent into Canva.
