Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Pick/Pack Operator to join our team in Walnut Ridge United States. As a Pick/Pack Operator you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for our customers.
- Retrieve items from inventory based on order specifications
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently following company guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory management tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Ability to operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

The U.S. base hourly rate range for this full-time position is $16.30 to $18.96. Within the range individual pay is determined based on several factors including but not limited to work experience and job knowledge complexity of the role job location etc.
