As a Customer Success Manager you will drive customer success by enhancing value creation and collaboration in Hospital Patient Monitoring solutions. You will join the Service and Solution Delivery team for Hospital Patient Monitoring where professional but fun workplace atmosphere is valued and a diverse multi-functional team will greet you.
Your role:
Directly contribute to advancing global healthcare outcomes and fostering sustainable growth.
Work with a diverse multi-functional team including Account Managers Product/Business Specialists Clinical Applications Specialists Project Managers and Service Engineers.
Gain valuable experience in customer relationship management strategic planning and stakeholder coordination within a leading healthcare technology company.

Youre the right fit if you:
Have min. 2 years of experience in customer relationship management and/or management consulting with a strategic approach.
Possess strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships and achieving results within complex organizations.
Hold a masters degree in Engineering Business Health or a related field.
Fluent in Swedish and English and ideally have practical experience in a clinical setting.
