Job Summary

Seeking an Electrical Superintendent Pennsylvania & Virginia Areas

Our Client is an established Electrical Contractor with operations in the Washington D.C. areas. Their core business is Multi-Family to the growth in the D.C. Market we are seeking an experienced Superintendent or Field Manager ready to move to a lead position. This position will work closely with the Project Manager to build the job and then manage the team insuring that the job is completed ahead of time and under budget.

We are seeking hands on driver/manager who is likable fair but also stern.

This is an opportunity to join a growing contractor seeking to build solid presence in this market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget timeline and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders clients or project team members.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree OR equivalent experience
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal written and organizational skills
