What You Will Do

Perform a variety of basic repair installation and maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Fire Alarm Systems
• Camera Systems
• Card Access Systems
• Metasys (Building Automation)
• Code Blue Phones
• Other related building system products at customer sites

How You Will Do It

• Execute tasks on time and within allocated hours
• Work with the site manager to resolve discrepancies and coordinate solutions for system issues
• Manage multiple issues simultaneously
• Read and interpret software systems programs schematics and operational product manuals
• Provide excellent customer service by consistently communicating with the site manager and customers to ensure satisfaction
• Complete project documentation promptly and submit to the site manager
• Adhere to all OSHA safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We Look For

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain any licenses required by national state and local codes
• Capable of performing physical labor including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 5070 lbs
• Able to work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders scaffolding and high-lift equipment up to 40 feet and working within ducts crawl spaces and above ceilings
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lead and work well with team members
• Commitment to safety guidelines and procedures
• Strong organizational skills positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
• Valid drivers license and driving record that meets company requirements
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

Preferred:

• Computer knowledge
• Basic understanding of networking
• Experience with hand tools test equipment multi-meter usage digital analyzers and commissioning devices

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23-$27(Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledgeskills and abilities of the applicant internal equity location and alignment with market data.)
