Job Title: Floor Technician - Part-Time
Location: Phoenix AZ

Pay: $22/Hour

Key Responsibilities

Perform full strip and wax services with precision and efficiency
Conduct carpet extraction and cleaning including stain treatment and restoration work
Provide upholstery cleaning services as needed
Perform scrub and refinish services on VCT and other hard floor surfaces
Safely operate and maintain floor-care equipment including:
- Burnishers
- Auto scrubbers
- Extractors
- Buffers
- Wet/dry vacuums
Inspect equipment prior to use and report maintenance needs
Ensure proper use of chemicals and follow all safety protocols
Maintain a clean organized work area and uphold company standards of quality
Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress

Qualifications

Minimum 23 years of experience as a floor tech (commercial preferred)
Strong skillset in strip & wax carpet extraction scrub & recoat and upholstery cleaning
Ability to operate all major floor-care machines with little to no supervision
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Strong work ethic professionalism and attention to detail
Availability for evening or weekend work depending on project schedules

Schedule & Compensation

Part-time; hours may vary depending on project needs
Competitive hourly rate based on experience & project type
