What Youll Be Doing

Assist French-speaking customers via phone chat and email
Troubleshoot common issues (dont worrywe provide full training!)
Ensure a smooth and friendly customer experience
Work closely with a multicultural collaborative team

What You Bring

C2-level French and B2-level English (or higher)
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
A curious adaptable mindset and team spirit
No experience requiredjust the drive to learn and grow
