Responsibilities:
- Manage hardware & software lifecycle programs by tracking hardware & software through asset tool/system.
- Maintenance of IT assets and keep proper documentation.
- Update and implement relevant policies and guidance regarding asset management.
- Provide necessary support and coordination in asset life cycle management from acquisition to disposal.
- Work with asset coordinators/BU admins of local customer to ensure good asset management in daily operation and apply unified rules.
- Prepare asset statistics report and analysis to support decisions as well to meet internal/external reporting needs.
- Organize asset physical count and spot checks.
- Support audit and compliance efforts related to assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Bachelors degree or above in business administration supply chain management accounting audit preferred.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated capability to work effectively independently and cross-functionally in a team environment.
- Responsible organized self-motivated process minded and goal oriented.
- Excellent English and Chinese skills in both writing and speaking.
- Sufficient experience/knowledge about ERP system or asset management system as well as MS office applications.
- Customer focus with exceptionally good customer service interpersonal and telephony skills sets.

- Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment
- Able to multitasked
- Team player who is self-motivated self-disciplined and initiative
