- Review audit documentation and financial records to verify premium calculations
- Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally to policyholders and agents

- Provide feedback and support to improve audit processes and customer experience
- Stay current with industry regulations and company guidelines
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in accounting finance business or related field
- Experience in insurance auditing or financial review preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and audit management software
