The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Quality Engineering team you will lead the design and implementation of innovative automation frameworks that enhance software quality. As a Manager you will supervise and mentor teams maintaining the delivery of quality solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. This role offers the chance to work with advanced technologies and drive impactful automation strategies that elevate our software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

- 6 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Competent in programming languages such as JavaScript React NodeJS Java Python

- Experience with UI automation frameworks like Playwright Robot Framework Selenium and Cypress

- Knowledge of API automation including REST GraphQL Postman

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes such as Jenkins GitLab Azure DevOps

- Demonstrating leadership and communication skills in team environments

- Exploring emerging technologies like AI-driven testing

- Skilled in Data Testing

- Knowledge of E2E Functional Performance and Security testing concepts
