Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement interface solutions for IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) and control systems.
- Lead integration between various subsystems (CCTV ACS BMS Fire Systems CFS etc.) to ensure seamless operation and communication.
- Collaborate with project teams contractors and vendors to resolve interface and interoperability issues.
- Develop interface protocols and ensure compliance with project specifications and technical standards.
- Conduct testing troubleshooting and validation of connected systems and data flows.
- Prepare and maintain interface documentation integration reports and change records.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Electronics Instrumentation IT or related field).
- Minimum 7 years experience in IBMS/control systems integration roles.
- Hands-on expertise in interface protocol development system integration and commissioning.
- Familiarity with IBMS subsystems (CCTV ACS BMS Fire Systems CFS) and control technologies.
- Strong analytical technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional project teams.
