Join Emerson as a Graduate Project Engineer where you will partake in an 18- month programme within our Systems & Software team in Ireland (Cork or Dublin) where you can kick-start yourengineering careerin a fast-paced project execution environment. Expect excellent training and the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring Managers and Engineers in the industry!

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• The programme has been designed to offer the skills and knowledge you need to immediately add value and contribute to meeting the needs of our premier clients. The program will commence with an initialsix-week technology boot campinthe European Engineering Hub in Cluj Romania which will provide you with asolid technical foundationacross a range of Emerson products and services.
• Within the programme you will collaborate with project teams to execute engineering projects for our world- class customers working with experienced engineers assisting in designing configuring and testing software solutions and systems.
• Youll have the opportunity to support the project lifecycle from;
  - Gathering design inputs and requirements for project deliverables;
  - Designing and planning phases including documentation and quality planning;
  - Being hands-on with system acceptance testing installation commissioning and training at customer sites;
  - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to process automation systems;
  - Contributing to technical reports upgrades and modifications to improve system performance;
• Outside of your day-to-day you will have the opportunity to get involved in employee- led initiatives and activities to drive collaboration and innovation too.

Upon completion of the program you will transition into the role of an Engineer. This programme allows you to gain valuable experience and learn from the best at an industry- leading global organisation.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Be on course to achieve a Bachelors Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline with a graduation date between 2025- 2026 and a minimum of a 2:2 classification.
• Be motivated and curious with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel and work at customer sites across the UK & Ireland and abroad.
• A valid full driving licence and access to a car.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• An interest within the Engineering field or a degree within Engineering.

You will be expected to travel to Cluj Romania for a six-week period as part of the initial training which will commence in August 2026.
