Amplify Credit Union is the first provider of fee-free commercial banking services in the industry. Were looking for a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to help us find and serve the executives community leaders and entrepreneurs who need it. We offer a full suite of Treasury Management services just without the tiresome games of account analysis earnings credits and everything else that eats away at customers money patience and loyalty.
This will be a great job for an experienced commercial banker passionate about helping customers but tired of the trappings that dont serve anyone. At Amplify youll never have to justify a bank fee to a customer because there simply arent any. You also wont suffer through long commutes downtown five days a week because this is a hybrid position where contribution is measured in relationships and results not badge swipes.

Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in the features and requirements of treasury management products and risk management practices.
Exemplify service excellence for commercial banking customers upholding Amplifys service standards for its business members.
Represent Amplify in the business community advancing the organizations reputation and cultivating relationships with prospective business members and referral partners.
Lead prospecting pitching and onboarding for commercial banking customers from first contact through account opening and document execution.
Cultivate relationships with Amplify teammates crucial to coordinating service across the credit union and facilitating internal referrals.
Uphold all regulatory requirements and policies (including BSA AML and OFAC).
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of five years of relevant experience proficiency in managing a book of business including a strong understanding of the Central Texas business community. Ideally that will include work directly in treasury management / commercial banking including deep knowledge of payments processing for businesses. Candidates are also required to have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a college degree in business accounting or finance is preferred.

Starting Pay & Benefits
This role offers a pay range of $85000 - $100000 in addition to an incentive plan. It also entails thebenefits available to all Amplify employees including a 401(k) with a company match of 100% on the first 5% you contribute.
Location
This hybrid role is available to candidates living in the Austin Metropolitan area (TX).
