We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and elevate a portfolio of high-end residential projects in and around Aspen. The role requires both technical command and emotional intelligence someone equally comfortable managing complex budgets and inspiring skilled craftsmen.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and elevate a portfolio of high-end residential projects in and around Aspen. The role requires both technical command and emotional intelligence someone equally comfortable managing complex budgets and inspiring skilled craftsmen.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar luxury residential and estate projects.
- Oversee planning scheduling budgeting and subcontractor coordination.
- Manage site logistics and access for mountain conditions (slope elevation snow management).
- Provide leadership across all phases from design collaboration through close-out.
- Deliver projects on time on budget and to exacting quality standards.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients architects and trade partners.
- Mentor project teams and uphold the firms values of safety excellence and integrity.
