Job Description:	UF Information Technology (UFIT) is currently seeking a professional-level Site Reliability Engineer (Systems Admin/Programmer IV) to join ICT a unit within UFIT. UF Information Technology (UFIT) enables teaching learning research and service on campus and across the region with state-of-the-art enterprise IT systems including SEC and SUS universities and the opportunity to teach using HiPerGator. ICT provides shared IT Infrastructure to meet the needs of the University of Florida. It aims to consolidate and standardize IT Infrastructure. It replaces retires and keeps the campus IT infrastructure and communication services current in order to optimize and maximize all IT provided services. Preferred:	The ideal candidate will possess the following education experience and skills: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or other related field. Advanced knowledge of Linux Ubuntu/RedHat Expert-level understanding of API design implementation and integration Advanced knowledge of load balancing principles and technologies (F5 BIG-IP experience highly preferred) Advanced knowledge of network monitoring systems and methodologies (Zabbix Prometheus Grafana preferred)
