This is a remote position.
We are looking for an experienced ICAM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG) to support a secure federal environment. This role will work closely with government stakeholders and will operate through a proxy-based access model (shoulder-surfing).
The ICAM Engineer will support requirements analysis solution design configuration and testing of ISVG components. The role requires deep functional knowledge of identity governance concepts workflows policies and security models within ISVG.
Conduct requirements gathering and analysis sessions with stakeholders
Lead and participate in use case discussions
Assist with solution design based on customer requirements and use cases
Support development of test plans and validation activities
Design configure and support ISVG solution components including:
Complex operational workflows
Identity lifecycle rules
Roles and entitlements
Provisioning policies
Adoption policies
Password policies
Identity policies
Forms and approval flows
ISVG security model configuration including:
Access Control Instructions (ACIs)
Groups and role-based access
Participate in requirements and analysis sessions for custom adapters
Design and develop custom ISVG adapters for mission partners and external systems
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG)
Solid background in ICAM / IAM / Identity Governance implementations
Experience designing workflows lifecycle rules and provisioning models
Understanding of ISVG security concepts (ACIs groups roles)
Experience working in secure or regulated environments
Strong communication skills for requirements and use case discussions
Experience in federal or highly regulated environments
Experience building or supporting custom ISVG adapters
Familiarity with identity governance best practices in large enterprise systems
