What you will do:
Own candidate activation analyzing and optimizing the signup-to-activation funnel to improve conversion.
Build scalable operational workflows playbooks and automations for onboarding engagement and support.
Manage candidate feedback loops synthesizing insights to influence product and engineering decisions.
The ideal candidate:
Has 2-4 years in operations customer success or growth roles ideally within a marketplace or platform.
Is highly analytical comfortable with data analysis SQL and turning insights into action.
Possesses exceptional communication skills a systems-thinking mindset and a scrappy resourceful approach.
