Summary of our role

Were on the lookout for a Senior Art Director to join our award-winning creative team. Youll be responsible for delivering bold intelligent and visually compelling work that not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Youll play a key role in shaping creative direction mentoring junior talent and pushing the boundaries of whats possible in healthcare communications.

What you can expect to be doing:

• Leading the visual direction of multi-format campaigns across print digital and social platforms.
• Collaborating with copywriters and strategists to develop original insight-driven concepts.
• Managing your own projects and accounts ensuring timely high-quality delivery within budget.
• Providing creative direction during shoots and production working closely with external partners.
• Mentoring junior creatives and supporting their development through feedback and guidance.
• Presenting ideas confidently to clients and internal teams backed by strong storytelling and rationale.
• Staying ahead of industry trends and proactively applying new thinking to your work.
• Championing effectiveness and helping turn great work into award-winning submissions

• Youre a visual storyteller with an award-winning portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking and craft excellence.
• You thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment and are comfortable leading projects from ideation to execution.
• You have a deep understanding of design principles typography UX/UI and visual communication.
• Youre passionate about mentoring others and fostering a positive creative culture.
• Youre commercially aware strategically minded and always looking for ways to elevate the work.
• Youre curious open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Ideally you have experience working with Generative AI tools and data along with AI certifications from platforms such as Coursera Section AI or LinkedIn Learning
