The Opportunity
As an Area Sales Manager at Consilium Safety Pte. Ltd. you will be instrumental in driving sales performance and expanding our regional presence. This is a full-time on-site role offering the chance to contribute directly to the growth of a dynamic innovative safety solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets within your territory.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking prospecting and relationship-building.

• Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring clients needs are met and expectations exceeded.

• Provide market insights and feedback to leadership to support product development and strategic planning.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience preferably in safety equipment and maritime industry.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools.

• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
