Job Summary

What Youll Do:
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure manufacturability reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Conduct rigorous prototype testing for functionality durability and environmental performance.
Develop and implement robust quality control plans inspection points and sampling strategies.
Monitor production processes using SPC and drive improvements to reduce defects.
Investigate customer complaints identify root causes and implement corrective actions using 8D methodology.

What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
5 years of quality experience with at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of IATF16949 VDA6.3 and quality tools (PPAP MSA SPC FMEA APQP).
Experience in motor-related projects is a plus.
