Job Overview

As an IT Technician you will play a vital role in keeping the schools technology running smoothly supporting both staff and students with a wide range of technical needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing frontline technical support for hardware software and network issues
Maintaining classroom devices including PCs laptops tablets and interactive whiteboards
Supporting AV systems projectors and digital learning technology across the site
Assisting with Office 365 administration user permissions password resets and account setup
Monitoring and maintaining network stability WiFi connectivity and printing systems
Supporting installations system upgrades and long-term ICT improvement projects
Maintaining accurate helpdesk logs and delivering excellent customer service
Troubleshooting issues calmly efficiently and professionally in a busy school environment

Experience & Qualifications

IT support experience (school experience welcome but not essential)
Strong knowledge of Windows OS Office 365 hardware and network troubleshooting

A positive customer-focused approach with a willingness to learn new systems
