Job Summary

Job Description:

The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the electrical maintenance team and ensure the smooth reliable and safe operation within the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all electrical maintenance activities in the plant.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of electrical systems panels transformers and equipment.
Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.
Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with production and utility teams for effective maintenance planning and execution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of electrical systems PLCs drives and industrial automation.
Hands-on experience with HT/LT panels motors and power distribution systems.
Excellent leadership analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
