1. Taxation (Direct & Indirect):

Prepare and file TDS GST and Income Tax returns within statutory timelines.

Ensure accurate deduction deposit and reconciliation of TDS.

Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1 GSTR-3B and annual return filings.

Handle Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and GST data accuracy in SAP.
-
Assist in tax audits assessments and coordination with consultants.
2. Statutory & Labour Compliance:
-
Ensure timely payment and filing of PF ESIC and Labour Welfare Fund returns.
-
Verify employee deductions and contributions in coordination with HR and payroll teams.
-
Maintain statutory records challans and registers as per labour laws.
-
Support internal and external audits and respond to queries from authorities.
3. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain a compliance tracker to ensure timely statutory submissions.

Prepare MIS reports related to tax and compliance for management.

Keep updated with changes in taxation and labour laws.
