Job Summary
Qualifications & Work Experience:
o 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in Operations IT MDM Business analysis or
Manufacturing
o Should be proficient with Microsoft excel written and verbal communication Knowledge on
IT Systems or Manufacturing side will be a plus
o Experience in Medical device FMCG Retail
o Bachelors degree in computer engineering IT or relevant field.
o Proven working experience in providing technical support or work experience as a Product
Administrator or similar role Master Data administrator at least 1-2 years of experience.
o Strong knowledge in writing SQL & Microsoft office
o Working in any Master Data application will be an added advantage
o Proficiency in English excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Analytical mindset with problem-solving aptitude
o Intermediate client-facing and interpersonal skills
o Ability to work under pressure
o Ability to work both independently and as a team member
o Able to work out of business hours (if need be) Flexible working hours/days
