SAP OTC Consultant 15 years

Responsible for end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) solution design and delivery.
Expertise in Sales Order Processing Pricing Billing Credit Management and Revenue Recognition.
Works with business teams to understand sales distribution and customer service processes.
Performs configuration integration and testing with MM FI and Logistics.
Handles complex pricing scenarios master data and ATP/availability processes.
Prepares functional specs and coordinates with ABAP/technical teams.
Supports deployment data conversion and issue resolution during go-live.
Drives OTC process optimization and standardization.
Provides documentation training and global template support.
