Job Description

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Assist in analyzing and tracking SAP post-go-live issues and trends across functional workstreams; support the AMS team in managing incident resolution and knowledge capture.

• Help maintain and enhance SAP AMS operational procedures SOPs and knowledge base articles to reflect evolving processes and lessons learned from stabilization.

• Partner with the Service Delivery Manager to design and update AMS performance dashboards and reports tracking SLA metrics ticket volumes and root cause analysis.

• Support governance meetings between MiTek and the AMS partner by preparing status summaries risk/issue logs and performance review materials.

• Contribute with improving AMS efficiency through analytics and automation such as ticket categorization insights turnaround time optimization or predictive trend analysis.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Business Analytics Computer Science or a related field.

• Foundational understanding of SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) and its core business processes (Finance Supply Chain Manufacturing or Master Data).

• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL) and tools such as ServiceNow preferred.

• Strong analytical documentation and Excel/Power BI (or equivalent) skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
