Job Description: Site Reliability Engineer
Location: Aurora Colorado (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite per week)

Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a mission-focused program supporting space and intelligence this role you will be part of a cross-functional engineering team responsible for maintaining the reliability resiliency and survivability of mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Linux systems automation and enterprise service reliability along with the ability to work onsite at Buckley Space Force Base.
Key Responsibilities -
Ensure the uptime health and availability of mission-critical systems.

Automate systems administration and operational activities to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

Configure monitor and troubleshoot enterprise services and infrastructure.

Administer and maintain Linux-based systems.
-
Implement Infrastructure as Code Policy as Code and Configuration as Code practices.

Develop automation scripts and tooling using Linux-based scripting languages.
-
Contribute to process improvements reliability enhancements and team best practices.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support program objectives and service-level commitments.
Required Qualifications -
5 7 years of relevant professional experience.

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or related technical field.

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
-
Strong Linux systems administration background.

Experience with automation scripting and enterprise service management.
Preferred Qualifications -
Demonstrated success maintaining system uptime and reliability.

Experience with IaC/PaC/CaC frameworks and tools.

Knowledge of modern DevOps SRE and observability best practices.

Strong communication presentation and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Proven ability to provide technical leadership within a collaborative environment.
