Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description:
As a Senior Solutions Engineer you will serve as a technical bridge between sales and product driving adoption for a mission-critical reliability platform. You will lead high-impact technical demonstrations manage complex proof-of-concept projects and work closely with engineering teams to ensure customers successfully integrate with our APIs and core infrastructure.

What you will do:

Design and deliver compelling technical demonstrations that showcase value to senior engineering stakeholders.
Own and manage the end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC) process to ensure successful technical validation.
Partner with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and build custom API integrations.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role within the SaaS or DevOps space.
Strong technical proficiency with the ability to build prototypes and hack with APIs and modern developer tools.
Exceptional storyteller with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear business value.
