Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Head - Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation team leading client coordination managing MIS and P&L building and maintaining databases and demonstrating excellent communication networking and interpersonal skills. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to drive business development strategies effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the business development efforts in the assigned region
- Generate leads and convert them into opportunities
- Manage a team of business development executives
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
- Ensure accurate and timely management of MIS and P&L reports
