Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Regional Head - Business Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation team leading client coordination managing MIS and P&L building and maintaining databases and demonstrating excellent communication networking and interpersonal skills. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to drive business development strategies effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development efforts in the assigned region
  • Generate leads and convert them into opportunities
  • Manage a team of business development executives
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of MIS and P&L reports
  • Build and maintain a robust database of potential clients and partners

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in business development and team leadership
