Job Summary

:Responsibilities

As Vice President will lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Wealth Advisors working with HNIs/UHNis Retail Family Offices PMS & AIF clients. The core responsibility is to acquire and service HNI/UHNIs/Retail/Family Office/PMS/AIF clients drive equity-broking business and also pitch our full range of wealth-management and investment products (PMS AIFs fixed income global investments advisory etc.) in line with clients needs. You will set business targets mentor the team ensure robust client servicing and compliance and contribute to growth of the business vertical.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Build lead mentor and manage a team of Relationship Managers Senior RMs or other front-office staff. Set targets (individual & team) oversee performance motivate team and ensure quality of service.
  • Define individual and team targets (client acquisition AUM growth broking volumes product-sales cross-sell) track performance and drive a performance-oriented client-centric culture.

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify target acquire and onboard new HNI/UHNI & Retail clients family offices PMS clients & AIF clients.
  • Achieve personal and team targets for AUM revenue broking volumes and cross-sell of products (equities PMS AIFs fixed income global investments pre-IPO/PE deals mutual funds insurance advisory services etc.).
  • Pitch and present investment products and solutions tailored to client needs leveraging the full product suite of Company(equity broking PMS AIFs fixed income global investments IB deals advisory etc.).

Client Relationship Management & Advisory

  • Act as trusted advisor to clients understanding their financial goals risk appetite investment horizon and designing bespoke investment solutions.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews provide market insights and updates monitor performance and adjust investment strategies as needed.
  • Ensure highest standards of client service transparency compliance (KYC regulations disclosure) and documentation.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all client interactions transactions onboarding documentation KYC/AML (as relevant) and product-sales comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain high standards of transparency confidentiality ethical conduct and client servicing appropriate for HNI/UHNI/Retail / family-office clients

Candidate Profile / Requirements

  • Education: Graduate or Post-graduate (MBA / CFA Preferred)
  • Experience: 10-18 years (depending on seniority) in wealth management private banking broking or related financial services; Prior experience managing a team or acting as a team lead is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership & People Management: Capability to build and lead a team manage operations mentor staff ensure discipline compliance and performance.
  • Client Network: Strong existing relationships or proven ability to build relationships with HNIs/UHNIs Retail family offices PMS/AIF investors.
  • Product & Market Knowledge: Deep knowledge of equity broking capital markets and other wealth/investment products (PMS AIFs fixed income funds/advisory) ability to advise and pitch appropriately.
