Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to join our team and support recruitment and candidate management this role you will be offered a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and talent engagement within a fast-paced collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract CVs from job portals email applications and internal databases.
  • Format CVs according to company standards and upload them into Zoho Recruit.
  • Ensure all candidate profiles in Zoho Recruit are accurate complete and consistently maintained.
  • Call candidates listed in Zoho Recruit to request updated CVs and completion of their profiles via the Candidate Portal.
  • Guide candidates on how to access navigate and update information on the portal.
  • Verify candidates current employment status job interest notice period and availability.
  • Record interaction details updates and candidate information directly in Zoho Recruit.
  • Support resume screening and initial candidate outreach under supervision.
  • Help track candidate updates to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
  • Provide administrative assistance for recruitment activities as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all candidate interactions.


Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Computing or a related field.
  • Knowledge or prior exposure to the IT sector is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word Excel Outlook); familiarity with ATS or recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS platforms is an advantage.
