Job Summary

We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for our Nursing Home in Co Carlow.

This job is for someone who wants to join a busy and well-established nursing home group. The Director of Nursing will play a key role in leading our nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and clinical supervision to support the nursing team in delivering exceptional care.

Promote high standards by ensuring a person-centred approach in all aspects of resident care.

Encourage independence and well-being helping residents lead fulfilling lives.

Support compliance with best practices through audits inspections and adherence to regulations.

Develop and mentor staff fostering professional growth and team development.

Requirements

Registered Nurse with An Bord Altranais and an active PIN.

Minimum of 6 years post-registration nursing experience.

At least 1 year of management experience (desirable).

Passionate about gerontology and dementia care.

Strong clinical skills and proven leadership abilities.

Experience in a nursing home setting (desirable).

Required Skills:
