Job Summary
What You Will Do:
Legal Documentation and Review
- Drafting and reviewing contracts agreements and other legal documents to ensure they align with applicable laws and company policies.
- Managing and organizing legal documents both in physical and electronic formats for easy retrieval and reference
Legal support
- Assisting in corporate secretarial duties including the preparation of documents for board meetings and general meetings.
- Handling business licensing processes and maintaining up-to-date records of licenses and permits
Legal Advisory and Risk Management
- Providing legal opinions and advice to various departments within the company to mitigate legal risks.
- Conducting legal research to support decision-making processes and policy development.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable university.
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal role preferably within the financial services or multifinance sector.
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of corporate law contract law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal databases and tools.
