About the role:
This role supports the National Manager Assessing Operations to build and maintain operational processes to deliver the National Assessing strategy.
The role is responsible for supporting the design and review of processes and supporting initiatives that drive efficient execution of claims management. This role helps undertake performance monitoring relationship management process integration and improvement of partnered supplier and technology business models. The role supports tasks to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies that support delivery of the MCC and National Assessing strategy.
What youll do:
- Support development and delivery of accurate timely and relevant reporting and insights to improve performance
- Support the implementation of initiatives and continuous improvement activities into National Assessing
- Manage the communications of key reporting and other operational information/ updates
- Maintain operational governance frameworks tools and artefacts to improve compliance and consistency
- Work collaboratively across Motor value chain to achieve integration opportunities aligned to business strategy.
What youll bring:
- 2 years plus experience in Motor Claims Insurance or similar industry and operational environment (Preferred)
- Experience in supporting initiatives or projects including data analysis and stakeholder support
- Demonstrated ability to identify and manage own workload
- Ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement from diverse information sources and metrics
- proven success in supporting implementation of change across diverse groups of people.
