The ideal candidate will support installation maintenance and repair of large-scale commercial/industrial HVAC systems. Youll work on mechanical systems (ductwork chillers VRF pumps controls etc.) perform diagnostics repair or replace components handle rigging as needed and ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Install maintain and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems: ductwork VRF units chillers cooling towers pumps controls etc.
Perform pipe-fitting and mechanical rigging tasks associated with HVAC system installs or modifications.
Troubleshoot system issues (mechanical electrical controls) and implement effective repair solutions.
Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections ensuring compliance with company safety standards.
Collaborate with project managers estimators and other team members to support projects from start to finish.
Ensure work is completed on time within project scope and to quality standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in commercial or industrial HVAC installation maintenance or repair.
Skilled in mechanical work: pipe-fitting ductwork system rigging etc.
Familiarity with HVAC controls VRF systems chillers pumps and commercial HVAC components.
Strong problem-solving troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
Commitment to safety quality workmanship and reliability.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid drivers license.
