Job Summary
Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Support regional implementation of Coupa our indirect purchasing system and increase the adoption of indirect catalog technology
- Provide supplier technical support of e-procurement tools used by Cooper Standard
- Manage supply base with respect to their ability to provide products and services in accordance with the organizations business requirements cost parameters terms and agreements
- Generate spend reports and provide data analytics in Excel
- Develop and sustain relationships with key internal and external customers
- Support the resolution of critical supply chain issues and maintain supplier relationships
Education and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in supply chain management business engineering or related field.
- Professional Experience: minimum 1 year
- Knowledge of Foreign Languages: Fluent English.
- Additional Language Skills: French and / or German
- Technical Skills: Strong with Microsoft Excel
- IT Systems Proficiency: SAP will be additional value
- Analytical Thinking: strong problem solving and analytical skills to gather and interpret information.
- Motivation and Commitment: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence others
